We are scheduling New patient appointments and follow up appointments.
New patients of Denver Endocrinology, Diabetes and Thyroid Center:
Your primary care doctor must send us your referral and records before scheduling (see “New Patients” tab). We will call you to schedule once we have received all information.
You must have a primary car doctor in order to get scheduled for a New patient appointment. Schedule appointment at (303) 321-2644
If you are an existing patient, and need to make, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, please call the office at (303) 321-2644. You can also log into your Follow My Health account and submit a request to change appointment.
Please note: We are not Tricare and Medicaid and Humana providers.
All patients are responsible to contact your insurance to see if we are in network with your policy.
