Construction Notice
Starting August 27, 2025, a new construction project will impact the 799 entrance. See map below.
For 799 Building Patients
- Valet parking Serenity Garden circle drive (via S Clarkson St.) → Reserved for ADA patients and guests only
- Valet services available at this ADA-only location
- All other patients/visitors → Use East Garage
- Directional signage will be posted to guide traffic to East Garage

We recommend parking in the East Garage, which remains open.
East Garage Address
3459 S Clarkson St, Englewood, CO 80113
Located at E. Hampden & Clarkson (NW corner)
Entrance: west side, facing Clarkson St. ** For the Serenity Garden circle drive entrance will be on the left of THE EAST parking garage entrance
Bridge Access to 799
- From the East Garage, take the bridge on Level 2 directly into Building 799. Once you are in building 799, you will be on the 4th floor
- Proceed to the 5th Floor, Suite 525
- Please allow extra time for walking from the garage
Valet Parking (Updated for 8/27/25)
- 799 Building Patients:
- Valet is available only at the Serenity Garden circle drive via S Clarkson St.
- This valet/drop-off area is reserved for ADA patients and guests only.
- All other patients should park in the East Garage.

Appointment Policies
- Arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time for check-in
- If you are 10 minutes late or more, you will be asked to reschedule and may be charged a late fee
- No-show or late cancellation fee: $50
