Prescription Refill Requests
There are several ways to request prescriptions from Denver Endocrinology, Diabetes & Thyroid Center:
- Contact Your Pharmacy
For refills of medications you are already taking, the easiest method is often to have your pharmacy request the refill electronically from our office. They will provide the necessary information, and we will send the authorization directly to them.
- Online via Our Website
If you are a current patient, you can request a prescription refill and access other online patient services by creating a personal account OR through your FOLLOW MY HEALTH PORTAL.
- Call Our Office
You can also call us during business hours at (303) 321-2644. Please be ready to provide the following:
- Your name, birth date, and phone number
- The name of the medication, dosage (e.g., Synthroid 0.1 mg), quantity, and frequency of use
- Your pharmacy’s name, location, and phone number
4. Diabetic Supplies: To order diabetic supplies, please follow these steps:
- Contact Your Supplier: Reach out to your diabetic supplier and ask them to fax your request to our office at fax number 303-321-2446. Your supplier will know the necessary device details and item numbers required.
- Processing Time: Please be aware that suppliers may take up to 5 business days to process your request.
- Not sure who your supplier is: Reach out to your pump company and they can help direct you to who you need to call.
Please Note:
- Refills may take up to three full business day for us to process your request. Your pharmacy may require additional time to fill your prescription, so please plan accordingly.
- We cannot refill prescriptions if you have not been seen in the clinic for over a year or if you have missed scheduled follow-up appointments.
